Sometimes I think we are victims of relativity. We are bombarded by images of insanely happy people in the media and that life is supposed to be constant joy. The reality is that life is a bit of a roller-coaster and we need to put forth some effort to keep mental balance on the positive side. The infatuation of love goes away after around 6 months and then we deal with the stresses of daily life. I think a sense of satisfaction is a more important goal for the future. Go to your happy place when you go to sleep and think of the positive possibilities ahead. Don't take anxieties to bed with you; just say f**k it and let the next day take care of itself. Be sure to get out and enjoy the nice autumn air!. - Wayne :)
